"I didn't really know how to approach Raymond E. Feist at first because I was daunted by his large body of work. A clerk at a bookstore suggested this one, because it is the beginning of a series, and her recommendation turned out to be pretty good, because I went on to read a lot more! Good place to begin and still one of the best."

""Krondor the Betrayal" is in the Riftwar universe but it doesn't belong to the Legends of the Riftwar Series in particular, therefore, this solution is not appropriate for the given topic. The right answer would be "Honored Enemy" as it is the book one of the "Legends of the Riftwar" and even if it is not the best, one doesn't simply start reading a trilogy from the middle or the end. "I've heard some friends discuss the Legends of Riftwar and was curious which of the books in the series are considered the best. Based on the reviews, it appears that the Servant of the Empire is a very well liked book in the series. I'm curious at how the other books are rated and where this one falls in the scale with the others in terms of ratings. It seems like it's probably one of the best but it's a little hard to tell with the information provided by Amazon."

I got into this book because I enjoy it's genre and was looking to expand my horizon and look further into these kind of book. I should have asked for people's suggestion first."
