"This work on certain principles of design is very helpful for those of us who think logically, but have some shortcomings when it comes to understanding aesthetics. The author definitely comes off as knowledgeable to the inexperienced, albeit maybe a bit too unserious at times. There's some disconnect among the community that's generally divided according to peoples' level of experience themselves; in other words, this might be a better resource for the less experienced designer, but, as I fall under that category, I found it valuable."
