"I bought this for my son. I said to him, "These are good books. Read them." The packaging was fine and dandy. I think they are excellent looking editions of Vintage Baldwin. My son said he enjoyed the books a few days after I gave them to him. He read them fast because they are page turners. Enjoy reading!"

"This is a very strong and powerful book. It really is an amazing read and one of James Baldwin's best. Go Tell It On The Mountain is cultural classic African fiction. The writing style that Baldwin exhibits, really paints vivid imagery in your head as your really identify with his characters and their emotions. It brings about the feeling of what it feels to be black in America and does so in a very inspiring way. What I appreciate most about this book is that it provides the content that makes you relate to the material, but also breaks it down to a level where younger adults and even children will be able to appreciate the read."
