"The Knight's Tale is one of Chaucer's best works, showcasing his opinions on some of the most pressing societal concerns of medieval Europe. That said, I would suggest reading in modern English if you have not. You may have a difficult time following Chaucer's language here."

"Of the many books inside The Canterbury Tales, the Clerk is one of my favorites. It's about a bachelor who decides to wed a peasant named Griselda. The clerk tests the loyalty of the relationship through extreme stress tests. It's a very interesting story, and a classic."

"Although written by Geoffrey Chaucer, "The Franklin's Prologue and Tale" does not in any way compare to the classic Cantebury Tales. After finishing the Cantebury Tales I was looking for another book by the same author and stubbled upon this title. It lacked the same interest and to be honest was down right boring. "

"This is an extremely old book and likewise a product of its time. It's not bad, but you need to go into it knowing that there are some dated concepts, some ground that has been covered better in recent years and so on. But it's still worth a read."

"Literally all of the canterbury tales are hilarious and well written, but I do have to say this one is one of my favourites. It's raunchy and poetic, and a fun look at what life was like."
