"Times have been rough for me lately; my emotions feel like they've been dragged through the mud for a thousand miles by now. Seeing that I was distraught, a friend recommended I try reading this book to help heal my emotional state, since it helped the mout. Only problem is, I'm not a parent, so I failed to see the absolute relevancy to my life situation most of the way through. Still, there are at least some general life guidelines that did help me out, like ones about daily planning and making your dreams into a reality. Still though, I think if you're a parent, you'll get a lot more use out of this than I did."

"I would highly recommend this book if one needs to engage in any emotional healing. The premise from the authors is that our belly buttons really act as a second brain and that by trusting out gut instincts, we will be able to work through many challenging emotional challenges. The authors base their premise on a number of scientific studies which show that our belly button and "gut" is far more powerful than we give it credit for. The book is a quick read and while the concept may not be for everyone, I found that it was very helpful for me personally when I was going through a challenging phase of my life."

"The listed audiobook is considerably overvalued and I would not suggest you buy it. It doesn't really offer anything new in its ideas and focuses more on becoming an empath than it does on the topic of emotional healing. It's more of a workshop course than an actual book. I'd suggest starting smaller such as with "emotional healing in 3 easy steps." "

If the topic asked for emotional healing based on miscarriages then perhaps this is a perfect book for the topic given. However If the emotional healing was based on a different trauma then this book may not be the right one."
