"If you are a fan of mafia films then this book is right up your alley. The story is very gritty and takes the reader into the criminal organization. The story will remind you of famous movies like The Godfather and others like it from page one and you will most likely end up reading from cover to cover."

"This novel was recommend to me by a friend and I'm quite glad that I chose to purchase this novel and gave it a read. Unbearable Lightness of Being Fantastic is the best novel published in 1984 that offered an insightful observations about the characters and their life in general. Although I find the chapter to be short; However, it allows one to think about the idea of what the author wanted to portray. Would highly recommend."

"This book, published in 1984 as I am looking for, is a great coming of age tale set against and amid the events of WW2. Also famously adapted into a Steven Spielberg, this would be a great choice for anyone who is interested in period pieces, war dramas, or who has simply seen the movie adaptation already, and is interested in the source material."
