"Idaho really isn't the setting you think of for literature, but here we are. Coeur d'Alene Waters is a decent book that takes place in Idaho. Not really an amazing novel though. Unless you're just really into all things Idaho related, then I'd probably look for something else. "

"This dated book will capture the readers attention right out of the gate. This humorous girl comes from a thousand acre dry farm. Lots of folksy and tragic events happen. Very inexpensive price and good reviews "

"Baptism For the Dead crept up on me slowly, then completely encompassed me. Hawker has created a moving love story that shows the reader that a person must learn to love themselves before they can give themselves to another. Her heroine travels thousands of miles only to come back home, to the place she started, but now with an understanding of self and life and belief that will forever change her. Realizing that her marriage to a closeted gay man will never lead to fulfillment for either herself or her husband, she leaves town with an artist whom she has only know for one day, on a journey to self discovery. Cool read."
