"I enjoyed the first two books in the trilogy so I had to get this one. It feels like it kind of ran out of steam, but it was a decent finish to the story and I enjoyed the ending."

"I'm not sure why someone would specifically search for books with stepbrothers if it weren't to find a romance novel of an inappropriate love dynamic. I want to hope this is what someone would be looking for."

"This is a young adult novel series for girls. It has kind of a taboo topic for the plot, and I am a fan of pushing boundaries, so I would recommend this series. The cover art is drawn in a cool style as a bonus. "

"If your looking a for story that involves family drama, then this would be a good option. The family is involved with the East India Trading company, there is a range of conflict and struggles that causes various problems for the family. I really enjoyed the historical aspect of the setting, as well as the issues that the family had with each other. The only downside was that I would've liked to read the book before seeing the movie. "I thought this particular title was ok, at best. The title failed to hold my interest for the duration of the story and goes into a topic that is considered taboo at best. The writing style however, was exceptional as was the plot."

"Aside from having the coolest name I've seen in YA for a while, Nichole Christie's writing is absolutely gorgeous. I felt my heart pulling along with the characters as the story went on, and couldn't put it down."

If you're looking to explore the more mundane facets of a step-sibling relationship, you might want to skip this one, lest your sensibilities be shocked."
