"I am a casual fan because most of my childhood friends have read the series so I jumped on the bandwagon and read the series too. They were really easy books to read, and I have finished the series already. For me it is the Son of Neptune that really stood out, it is the book where Percy finally showed he knows how to excel at being a demigod. Woah, look at that, I might be more than a casual fan right now. LOL."

"Exciting finale, lots of conclusions, and the world is saved yet again by Percy and friends. The whole "boy wonder saves the day" plot is tired, but you have to give it to Riordan, he knows how to end an arc with more than a bang, he blows up the pot of gold too. "

"I liked the Percy Jackson series, I can say proudly I bought all the books. But this one feels forced, I don't know. This is the only book in the series where I felt Riordan was reaching for ideas. "

"I really like this series, but I didn't care for this book. It was scary and I didn't expect it to be, so that was shocking. But I'll keep reading the series because I like the Percy jackson character."
