"This book is about an adolescent that is actually a part of a three series triology about a girl who is half human half angel. She goes through a lot about how to deal with her powers and her love life. This is actually a good read if you are into first person stories or the type of person who is likes the selfcentered side of storytelling, then this triology is for you."

"An interesting read by 16th century author, Thomas More. It provides a glimpse of how society functioned during that time period. As Thomas is writing about a fictional land, it's interesting to compare it to how society truly was during Thomas' time."

"I have been reading titles in alphabetical order all year. When I got to the letter "U" i decided to read Uprooted. It was terrible. While i love fiction, this book with all its wizards and dragons was just too over the top to enjoy. I don't recommend, "

"Though I am a Buffy fan, I didn't like this book. The author starts on a good note and builds the characters nicely however the story falls apart about halfway through the book. Since its the first book, may be it will improve as the series progresses."

Called "a groundbreaking book on autism, by one of the world’s leading experts, who portrays autism as a unique way of being human" by The Chicago Tribune, Uniquely Human: A Different Way of Seeing Autism by Barry M. Prizant shows that the most successful approaches to autism don’t aim at fixing a person by eliminating symptoms, but rather seeking to understand the individual’s experience and what underlies the behavior.

"Autism can be a strange and intriguing illness that few people understand in depth. This book helps to clear up the common misconceptions about the all too talked about mental illness and highlights the pros and cons of having autism, for children and adults alike. The author does an excellent job of using relatable analogies to quickly understand and comprehend how doctors are managing this complex defect."

"I thought that this book was adeptly written and did not fall prey to a lot of the stereotypes associated with romance novels. I was impressed with the quality and the nuance of the writing and felt that it actively engaged both my mind and my heart. There are times when the pacing of the book feels a little bit off, but overall I enjoyed this story and thought that it was a very strong effort by Küng. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a more thoughtful, cerebral kind of romance novel."
