"I picked up The Great Gatsby in a discount bin at my local bookstore the other day. I will never understand why this classic was sitting in a discount bin. This is one of my favorite stories of all time, about a man who just acquired money falling in love with a woman who comes from old money. A classic tale that I would recommend to anyone, for sure!"

"Treasure Island is a classic children's historical novel by Robert Louis Stevenson and I would definitely say that it is one of the best books worth 5 dollars and below. If you're interested in adventure books filled with pirates then this would be the perfect classic tale for you. Written over a century ago, this has definitely stood the test of time to become one of the greatest books out there to this day. "

"I hadn't read this story in years but my Kindle has brought old books to life again. The low price is a draw too. But more than anything the moral of the story about tall takes is what makes this book so valuable to young and old alike."

"To you, perceptive reader, I bequeath my history....Late one night, exploring her father's library, a young woman finds an ancient book and a cache of yellowing letters. The letters are all addressed to "My dear and unfortunate successor," and they plunge her into a world she never dreamed of-a labyrinth where the secrets of her father's past and her mother's mysterious fate connect to an inconceivable evil hidden in the depths of history. The letters provide links to one of the darkest powers that humanity has ever known-and to a centuries-long quest to find the source of that darkness and wipe it out. It is a quest for the truth about Vlad the Impaler, the medieval ruler whose barbarous reign formed the basis of the legend of Dracula."

"This a good cheap book for when you want to keep the reading wheels greased in between good novels. It's geared more towards young adults but still decently written for adults as well."

""The Deal" is a somewhat typical romance novel - it's not completely formulaic or exactly identical to another work, obviously, but it's hardly groundbreaking. It is available for a good price, but I feel like many other books also are available at that price point. It might be worth tracking down if you are looking for a cheap romance novel, but I would honestly have to recommend spending your money on something a little more substantial or thought provoking."
