"I feel that web pages and internet data in general are already to over focused and cluttered in an attempt to vie for our attention. This just seems to me as another form of visual clutter that I do not need to comprehend what I wish to read and focus on. I really find this to be distracting and annoying."

"While researching my thesis, I was having to go through lots of sources to find applicable journal articles, it was becoming a bear to figure out which items I had already sifted through and what I was going to use them for. I found Zotero to help me keep track of articles and other items that I wanted to make sure to keep in mind while writing my thesis. It also let me make notes on different articles on why I felt they were important. Sometimes when you are doing a lot of research you can forget very quickly why a certain item was important, but with the note taking aspect it was much easier to keep my thoughts organized."
