"I really love butterflies and so does my daughter. I found the book Waiting for Wings (Rise and Shine) and she loves it. It tells about the life cycle of butterflies. It's so beautifully illustrated. I love the colors and so does my child. She raves about the book all the time since she's so obsessed with butterflies. The book has gotten her even more into butterflies than before. I read it to her every night; it's really a special experience. Definitely recommended for kids everywhere that love insects and picture books."

"This is a simple and beautiful book that is sure to thrill any child who loves nature and wants to read. I have read this over and over again to my toddler, and I know my older daughter and younger son enjoy seeing it too. It is a great simple story about a caterpiller turning into a butterfly, but there's a lot that can be taught just from that simple metaphor. I highly recommend this book."

"I bought this for my niece for her birthday and had high expectations. I mean, it says "Best" right in the title, how could i go wrong, right? Wrong. It's poorly written and there's very few images in THE PICTURE BOOK. It's sort of funny to be honest. But i'm returning it. Not great. "

"My grand-daughter was absolutely enchanted by a butterfly the first time she saw one. Since then we've tried to get outside to see them as often as possible, but in the winter months that wasn't an option. Instead, I started getting her picture books with butterflies and other flora and fauna to learn and admire, and this was one of the ones I bought from Amazon. She's loved it so far!"

"From Caterpillar to Butterfly is a fun book and something like a school book or something scholastic would sell. It is a great book for actually doing some learning with small children and the focus is on butterflies which my kids were fascinated with since the first time they saw them."
