- #1June 15, 2018"When my grandma and I watched the new Batman movies, I asked her "which Batman movie is her most favorite". She replied with a grin on her face "Batman The Movie, the one with Adam West!". I was perplexed and ask her "Why?". She said " Today's Batman movies are too dark, sad, angry, loud and brooding. I prefer the older one because it's fun and exciting". I can't disagree with that retort."

It inverted the notion of aesthetic attributes into something alien. Heck, even Divine's over the top acting carries the overall campy expression of the film. It won't hurt to watch Pink Flamingos despite its weirdness."
