"This mic has been great for recording at home. Recordings sound wonderful when played back and things sound very clear. There is no muffled noise when things get really quiet like with other microphones. It looks pretty cool too. The only problem is that it can be a little too sensitive at times, so you may have to adjust the levels."

"I thought that with how professional this microphone looked it would at least sound halfway good but the sound quality here is beyond horrible. There's weird distortions and it also has issues with some devices not working entirely. It's a microphone, I know because it's cheap I need to make compromises but basic functionality should not be one of them."

"The NEAT Widget C Desktop USB Microphone is a great USB microphone for home recording. The design is great and the functionality is pretty useful as well if you are interested in something different than the ordinary. However, this would probably not be the cheapest USB microphone that you could find and there are plenty out there that can also be fully functional for your needs. "

"I use this for work all the time, I record interviews with people or in a pinch, I can record audio for a video and use my phone to store the file. This device was really cheap and I think the quality of the audio it records is way better than the price might lead you to believe. I good device to have around in an emergency."
