"While I really enjoyed this book it really wasn't about music at all. There were many pictures of animals and it was a very sweet book, but it was not about music. We really were looking for a picture book about music and this just didn't fit the bill."

"As an artist, I have come to appreciate the illustrations in children's book. So whenever I am purchasing a book for my children I always try to find a book with great illustrations so my kids can learn to appreciate art at a young age. I Ain't Gonna Paint No More! has beautiful (and silly) illustrations on every page. I think my kids were initially wanting a book about music, however, this is still a great book."

"I wanted to get my 6 yr old a picture book with musical themes to hopefully develop their affinity towards music. Maybe he'll be the next Timberlake fingers crossed. I found that reviews rated Five little Ducks highly. Looking over the material myself I think there's definitely quality in this book. Unfortunately my 6 yr old son is mostly interested in typical boy stuff and this book didn't hold his attention or interest. Perhaps this is a great picture book for younger kids or girls but my son just didn't want anything to do with a book about ducks."
