"This book is a classic in Christian-based fantasy, admittedly a somewhat narrow category. I remember reading this book as a kid and I didn't pick up on the Christian themes then, but they're pretty obvious now that I'm an adult. They are veiled enough to inform without seeming preachy, and I feel like that translates into simply giving a strong moral lesson. I think this is a good thing."

"When I saw the price for this book, I thought either it was a mistake or there is a huge sale going on, but it's SUPER cheap and worth way more than what its asking. Lord of the rings always delivers as most people now, but at this price point, even if you own or have read the book, you gotta pick this up."

"Always a pleasure and an eye opener when it read this book . Spiritual warfare is real and continously going on amongst the living it's just that humanity tends to get too caught up in the natural that they've become blind and carnal to the point of dying without ever having a phenomenal insight into a experience that would forever alter their lives. Frank Pretty is a master story tell weaving the natural and the spiritual together that will leave one breathless and wanting to know more about the creator of the universe and his plans for one's life as well as the world."

"Before the horrendous movies based on it, there was the Wrinkle In Time series. Yes, there's an underlying Christian theme, but it's not too much. In fact, the twins have sex with angels back in Biblical times, making it much more racy than the usual Christian scifi fare, but obviously, not nearly as racy as what's in the Bible itself. One of my favorite series, helping me stay away from conforming to, like, what society expects, man."

"It's hard to imagine that someone doesn't know about The Lord of the Rings now after a series of wildly popular movies and massive circulation of the books since 1955. If you don't know then I would say the Christian part of these books is all symbols and allegory and not directly presented as Christianity. Also, you should trust that their is a reason for it being so popular and maybe start with The Fellowship of the Ring or The Hobbit."

"It's easy not to notice that this series is heavily Christian, because it doesn't really matter too much; you don't have to be a Christian to enjoy them. These tales were done quite well, and are great reads for young minds."

"Assassin is one of those books that you really have to commit to. The beginning was a bit slow, but as you progressed towards the end, you are in for an amazing ending. Having read the previous five books in the Left Behind Series, I wasn't expecting any more surprises in the plot. Fortunately, I was wrong. Although I am not a Christian, I would recommend this book to someone who does hold the Christian faith. Alot of the imagries used throughout the book is reminiscence of the Bible. Overall, it was exciting to read, and I can't wait to get the 7th book in the series. "
