"I was uprooted by my dad when I was just 14 years old to live in Bangalore. At first, I was overwhelmed by the idea of having to adapt to an entirely different culture and curriculum. Three years later, and I couldn't be happier that my dad made that decision. This is where I found true and genuine friends who would have your back no matter the cost."

"I'm from Malaysia and learning about the culture here is almost a never-ending process and there is always something for everyone. I went here to study electrical engineering and I like that everyone seems chill and less stressed around here. This is actually a peaceful place in India where one can just relax and enjoy such a colorful scenery. Can't wait to experience the festivals here."

"India no doubt is one of the fastest growing economies in the world so I didn't hesitate to bring my business here. This is definitely India's version of the city that never sleeps - there's always something to do. The only setback I see here is that pollution remains to be a problem. "

"I visited Jaipur a few years back with my family and overall it's such a dreamy place to be. Seeing one castle after the other, made me feel like I was amongst royalty. Food was exceptional as to be expected but then it could be a little pricy around here compared to other cities."

"Cheapest and best place to be in India.... hands down and that's only one of many reasons why I appreciate this place. I've been living here for almost a year and a half and I like how most people here are educated. I've been taking advantage of being close to Eden garden to watch those cricket games."

"I've been living a fast-paced life all my years and I knew I wanted to settle somewhere in the east for my retirement years. I'm glad I made the decision to stay here. After my wife died, I just needed a place to be that reminded me of the best moments I had with her. Chennai has proven to be a peaceful place to live and I finally feel like I have time to enjoy life for what it is."

"Ahhh... life in the capital opens your eyes to experience a lot of things. I went here to see the Lotus Temple in the course of finding a deeper sense of spirituality. I was here for a good six months and I haven't felt more one with the universe. I learned to be in the moment and deal with different types of people. Such a humbling experience and I have yet to explore other cities in this great country."
