"Hamburg is one of the best destinations for a city break in Europe. The city is extremely beautiful with lots of places that you can visit, including museums, historic buildings, parks, and more. We loved going to Town Hall, St. Michaelis Church, the harbor, and Planten un Blomen. The nightlife is also quite exciting. Visit Hamburg! You won't regret it. "

"Budapest is one of the best cities in Europe to visit. Hungarian food tastes incredible and we loved going to the thermal bath houses that dated all the way back to the Turkish Dynasty. I also recommend that you visit the Matthias Church, the Vaci Utca main street (it has lots of shops and restaurants), St. Stephens Basilica and the Royal Palace."

"Brussels provides one of the best city breaks for couples. The food is amazing (we loved eating steamed mussels and gaufres) and the entire city looks unbelievably romantic. My husband and I went to Grote Market, Manneken Pis, Notre Dame Sablon, and the Royal Palace. We had such a lovely time that we intend to go there again for another weekend excursion. "

"Valencia is definitely in my top ten weekend getaways. It's absolutely breathtaking. I visited the Valencia Cathedral (where you can find the Holy Grail), the Turia Gardens, the City of Arts and Science, and the gorgeous beaches on the city's coast. The La Lonja de la Seda is also a highlight that you have to visit if you happen to be in Valencia. "

"What an amazing city! I stayed in the Marghera district and took the bus to Venice every day. I recommend that you wear comfy shoes as you'll be walking around Venice the entire day. It doesn't have any streets (I'm sure you're aware of that) and going places require you to go on foot or ride a gondola (magical). I went to see San Marco square, the Basilica, Palazzo Ducale, the Realto Bridge (way too many people) and several other churches and bridges. Venice is one of the best city breaks in the world!"

"Porto is a great destination for cheap Europe holidays. All the restaurants and shops offer food and products at reasonable prices. The local wine is divine and the people are very friendly. I recommend the Citysightseeing Tour. It offers 2 routes where you get to experience Old Town and the newer town near the beach. It's best to visit Porto during spring or summer. "

"You absolutely have to go to Old Town if you're in Bratislava. The quaint cobbled streets are lined with many cafes, bars, restaurants and ice cream shops, with buildings that date all the way to the 16th century. At night is when Old Town really comes to life. It has this lovely, intoxicating atmosphere that I love. Bratislava is one of the best eastern European city breaks that I've ever had! "

"Cluj is wonderful. The city is clean, tidy and bustling with shops, bars, and restaurants. Some places are a little shabby looking but overall the city looks great. I stayed at the University hotel and my room was huge and clean. It's also good that a lot of people speak English so no problems when it comes to communicating. I had a great time and I would love to visit Cluj again. "

"Zagreb is such a beautiful city to explore. The baroque architecture of its buildings is exquisite. The city is peaceful and has a lot of parks (Maksimir Park is great). I loved the Zagreb Cathedral and St. Mark's Church. There are also plenty of amazing statues that dot the city. The Fountain of Life by Ivan Mestrovic is my favorite. Don't forget to visit his museum studio! Zagreb is a great destination for last minute city breaks!"
