"If you are looking for a book that details a lawless society very different from the one you are used to today then look no further then The Stars My Destination. Sure, it's a much older book, but it's written by an author that helped to pioneer the Sci-fi genre and it's interesting to see how the author viewed a lawless society and how we would perhaps view one today by comparison. You get a sense of the different mindset from then to now and you also get a better idea what people considered lawless then as opposed to now."

"I'm glad I gave this book a read. I'm into modern cyberpunk and have had this classic recommended to me quite a bit. It stands out in the genre with a dose of humor, interesting characters, and a different societal structure from what is normally seen in the genre."

"Cypherpunks is a interesting genre, similar to Sci-Fi. This book, The Diamond Age: Or, a Young Lady's Illustrated Primer is an interesting book I came across in this genre, taking place in the current era, or slightly in the future. Very interesting ideas like the type of culture and technology that will affect our lives and society. "

"Beware, " The Quantum Thief" picks up very slowly and you might find yourself quite bored by the first few dozen pages but don't jump to conclusions too fast. It is highly likely that you start absorbing the story without even realizing it and ending up loving the book when you are finished. It is a kind of book that many will find boring but if you endure for some time, it totally pays off. "
