"One of the more underrated romance novels. The hardships the characters face in their relationships may have something to do with it. Romance novel purist my not put it at the top of their lists but it deserves to be. "

"We all loved Gone with the Wind so what is not to love about the sequel. I read this book in one weekend. I was so engrossed in this book, I could not put it down till I had finished it. I am so glad that a sequel came out. I got to see how Scarlett finely matured and started thinking less about possessions and more about life. This book is definitely one of the best classic romance books of all time. "

"I really enjoyed reading this book when I was in 9th grade. Charles Dickens way of writing was something that I learned to enjoy quite a bit. Although, I know several others in my class hated the book. It is a classic, but it doesn't have romance in it the traditional sense. Thus, I would not consider it one of the best classic romance books."
