But, when I have the motivation to really commit to using the app regularly and using it well, it can be helpful."

    "Well...this isn't an app, it's a book. It could be argued a digital book COULD be an app, but that's splitting hairs. Though I will say books can be helpful with behavioral therapy, most apps that would help with cognitive behavioral therapy would likely include some activity that is slightly more engaging than reading. Perhaps an exercise or mental activity to help. That being said, again, this is a book, not an app."
