"This book has some great characters who the reader will want to learn more about. Chloe has taken on work doing translation in the French countryside. Here, she gets caught up with some people she is not equipped to handle. This is where Bastian comes in. He is infiltrating this group and he is confused about Chloe's role in the group. Their subsequent involvement makes for interesting reading. "

"The storyline didn't seem believable and it was hard to get into the characters. It was a slow read for those reasons. For that it wasn't a bad book."

"Engaging enough for a romance. I enjoyed it for a fun ride, and the spy romance part was fun. I wasn't that engaged with Summer, but Taka was awesome! I recommend this as poolside or beach reading, nothing more than that."

"As a book reader I tend to move towards books that you normally do not see in most book stores. The Espionage Effect is a odd book that is re writing what a spy romance should be. It makes you wonder whether or not the book really is non fiction or not. Give it a try today."

"Really not a huge fan of romance novels. A lot them are just absolutely boring. As far as I can tell this novel isn't about a spy, so I can't classify it as a spy romance novel. Aside from that it's okay just not what I was looking for. "

"As a spy fan and a romance novel fan, I found Extreme Measures (Aegis) to be a very heartfelt read. The book has a very interesting story but the trials and tribulations that Eve and Zane go through make this book a must read for any spy fan that also likes romance. "
