"Good Christian fiction is quite rare, in my opinion. A lot of it takes the Christianity way too hard - it's "about" Christianity, in a sense. There are really quite few books like Deadly Pursuit, a book for Christians but not necessarily about Christianity. It's heartwarming to read about protagonists who are good Christians, without it being necessarily a Sunday School lecture. If you want christian fiction, read it!"

"I felt that the overarching concept was pretty good. A well thought out story, with good detail, set to an thrilling atmosphere. Kept me engaged all the way to the finish. Was quite a pleasant experience for me. I could easily place myself into each scene right along side the characters. I'll be sure to complete this series in the near future."

"I would have thought this was a porn title if the description hadn't said it was Christian fiction. It still might be a porn title elsewhere. It's a pretty decent read for this niche genre though."

"It's refreshing to pick up a crime fiction book and not have it be terribly predictable or terribly inappropriate. The plot is fast and intense, full of drama but I never have to worry about turning a page and feeling uncomfortable about what I'm reading. Christianity is not pushed in this book or a theme but it does allow for Christian readers to enjoy a book without unecessary romantic scenes or discomfort. "

"As a mystery thriller, this book was a solid read. I think the classification for Christian readers is a little misstated. It is a great book for all faiths or nonfaiths. There is nothing in the book regarding religion or that would offend any sect. I found the book very interesting and great plot."

"The background for this story takes place in Albania, which is still a deeply Christian country to this day. The plot of this book involves bad guys versus Christians. Only 7 people on Amazon.com have reviewed this book that was published six years ago, and they are less than thrilled with it, although there is some appreciation for reading about life in Albania, as if this book was more of a travelogue than a thriller."
