I was recommended CiviCRM by acquaintance and decided to give it a try. I like the user-friendly interface and the amount customization available from this CRM.     "There are a lot of dropdown menus, some of which can be organized a little better. No FAQ section is easily recognizable on the home page. Website has a lot of pictures making a lot of scrolling and clicking to go to other pages to see content. Live chat popup is intrusive and probably shouldnt pop up unless clicked on."

    "When I get to the site I can't even look at it or try out the site. It has me immediately sign up for a free trial. If you click on one of the buttons it wants permission to my email, google drive and all of my contacts. I'm not really comfortable giving that permission to a company I know nothing about. If you click on the logo in the top left it gives you some minor information about the company but not enough to actually use it. This should have been the first page not something I have to hunt for. "

    "amoCRM is a good communication product for businesses to connect with social media but it can be buggy at times. I found that the interface didn't always work the way I wanted and on more than one occasion needed to contact the support department for troubleshooting. An okay product but there are better solutions."
