"I've been using the Gmail platform for over 10 years now and I haven't looked back. The navigation is simplified and I've never had much trouble looking for old emails. It's great that everything gets sorted into 3 different categories so the most important emails always go to the right spot."

"A good email app to have, though its natively difficult to setup and maintain. Being a Windows system admin, I dal with issues all the time with Outlook. Gmail and many others now offer the same options as Outlook in an easier to use format. Still worth using though, just better options for less tech-savvy people."
