    "This sucks. That's my technical perspective. Here we are, yet another CSS framework, and what's it bringing to the table? The whole point of having flexbox in the spec is so you don't need the additional weight of frameworks like this. If you look at the Bulma page, you're treated to something just feels unresponsive, and that's on desktop --- and it's supposed to make mobile browsing faster! Needless to say, I tossed this bloat."

    "One of my favorite CSS frameworks for my personal projects. I often don't need much besides a simple grid and this does the job best. I love how easy it is to make as many columns as I need and definitely sets it a part from the other CSS frameworks. Plus it's a really fun framework and breaks the monotony of Bootstrap."

    "I used this framework when I was rolling out my personal web portfolio. It was very handy for showcasing my best work and took a lot of the guess work out of standardizing my layout across platforms. My only complaint is that it's a little self limiting but I guess that b/c it's supposed to be fool proof."

It has so many different themes and a plethora of components to choose from. I was pleased at not only the versatility of Topcoat but the overall ease of use. After trying various CSS frameworks I'll be sticking with Topcoat."
