"After reading this book over the holiday week, I couldn't believe that I never picked up a copy of this book before. It is definitely one of her best novels. It is very different than her others and the way she developed the characters was very nice. "

"This book has mostly high reviews, so it looks like a very good selection. This isn't my type of book, but that doesn't mean it's not worth reading."

"Message From Nam is a classic Danielle Steel book, but not my favorite. If you are interested in the subject of war and Vietnam, you will probably enjoy it. I just didn't find it as compelling and well-written as some of her other books. It was good, but not great."
