"If had this on VHS, the bit where Maria Bello dresses up in the cheerleader outfit and her and Viggo get it on would have worn through the tape. This movie has no flaws. Period. While Eastern Promises is arguably a more obtainable mainstream, A History of Violence is where Cronenberg and Mortensen's collaboration really took off. And, the parts that are violent? They really are! "

"Terrific movie! Batman faces off against the Joker and his minions to save Gotham from those evil doer's. This movie has a ton of action and thrills. Also the acting is top notch especially spellbinding is Heath Ledger's The Joker. In his last major film role he knocks it out of the park with his portrayal of the Joker."

"This movie is probably not a solution for DC movies even if it is a DC property. It does not exist in the same universe as the main DC heroes which is a little confusing for casual fans. DC movies should be Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Justice League.... or other characters from their shared universe."

"This is not a great solution to the problem. While this movie is a DC movie it is only giving you one option and it is not even a recent movie. It fits only as a very very small solution to the problem. "

"I have personally come back around on The Dark Knight Rises. While I really liked the first two movies of the trilogy I just found Rises to be sillier and dumber and I just could not take Bane or his plan seriously at all. However given how much worse the newer DC movies are I can safely say that by comparison this is a solid movie and Christian Bale is still as great an actor as ever."

"V for Vendetta is one of my favorite movies. I love the way he had the 1812 Overture broadcasting while the building blew up, and the explosions fit perfectly with the cannons part. I honestly had to look up to see if it was from DC and I was a little surprised to find that it was. I would say that it is easily on par with the latest Batman movies. It should be considered one of the best DC movies. "

"I ordered this off Amazon because I thought it was the original series. I was a little disappointed when I realized my mistake, but it was still a good film. I like the direction DC's taking the story but I don't want to leave any spoilers."

"I understand that actors are actors. But I don't really see the point in hiring American actors for something that is Irish... unless we are talking about Irish-American mobster - in which case that should have been stated clearly. There are lots of great Irish actors that Hollywood can use... at the very least British actors. "

"This is not a good solution. DC comics has made many movies with the most recent Wonder Woman. "RED" is an older move about a past C.I.A. agent named Frank Moses, who reassembles his old team survive a series of assassination attempts on him. It was an action comedy film starring Bruce Willis, John Malkovich, Morgan Freeman, Helen Mirren, Brian Cox, Ernest Borgnine and Richard Dreyfus"
