DID YOU KNOW?
Bungie, the creator of Destiny has split with Activision? The company will be going on its own way, moving forward. The partnership between the two started years ago with a $500 million deal for 4 games over 10 years. Bungie needed help to start developing Destiny. Activision was looking for the next big thing. The relationship between the two was rocky throughout the years. Bungie had various developmental hurdles. Activision was always pressuring for deadlines. Bungie was in for more than it could handle and Destiny bared the consequences. Many have argued that this was a wise move for Bungie.
The company can focus on developing a better game with a solid core experience. It has proven that it can with how it handled the somewhat lackluster release of its follow-up to Destiny. Despite the lack of content upon release, Destiny 2 has become one of the best FPS games of 2018. In particular, it has become one of the best looter shooters around with its rewarding loot system. One high point for the game was its varied class list that allowed players to pick the play style for them. One of the best classes and a go-to for many players since the first Destiny game was the Warlock class. It had 3 sub-classes; Dawnblade, Voidwalker, Stormcaller. Each one has its own specific specialty and play style. Regardless of which one you pick, one of these will fit your style in the battlefield.
