This is a cool top down adventure role playing game. It is very similar to diablo, and you can fight creatures with many different weapons.

Great RPG to play! I felt like I'm really inside the game because of its realistic features.
This free game has different and amazing game modes: play online and fight other player's heroes or play offline, or quest endlessly looking for the loot hidden in the many dungeons this game features. It is offered by Shiny Box LLC.

It does appear to have a lot of in-app purchases, which is great if you like pay2win games and have a ton of money to throw at apps. Otherwise, like most other freemium games, it's designed to just be "okay" and in need of upgrades (that you have to purchase). If there was a premium app that included everything, I'd recommend that.

This is the closest game similar to Diablo that I found. Their upgrade of eternal item codex tracking and its graphics really improved!

Wayward Souls is seriously one of the best mobile games I have played. If you're looking for a mobile answer to something like Diablo, you're in luck. This games classes and art style are fantastic, and the replay-ability is great.

The Bard's Tale is hands down one of the best RPG's I have ever played. The fact that it is on mobile makes it that much more impressive. The story line is engaging and the game play is amazing. I would highly recommended it to newcomers and veterans alike! More

Most of the best ideas around gaming these days come from the Indie space. One of the best top down dungeon crawlers over the past few years has been Bastion. As someone who loves Diablo style games, I loved the narrative choices and game play of Bastion. More

If you want to explore more aside from its role-playing feature, this is what I will recommend. The reactive narrator is cool though. 😉

It has similarities with Diablo in terms of hack and slash feature. I like its mystical pet too.

I've actually never played Diablo, but you honestly can't go wrong with Pixel Dungeon. You can, however, fail and die a lot. I've yet to win the game, and I've been playing it (off and on) for a few years now. Every game is different and every game is challenging. It's also open source -- you can find a number of other variations on it out there thanks to that. One of the best mobile games I've ever found. More

Someone told me this was like a diablo clone. I was happily surprised when it turned out it really is! Great for the ipad!

Really captures the feel of Diablo with multiple paths to choose from, you can combine different skill trees, and choosing upgrades wisely is essential. It's hard-as-nails and a lot of fun to play, definitely one of those hidden gems that flew under the radar. More
