    "I use coconut oil in all the time. Great for moisturizing skin and excellent adding shine to dry limp hair. I also did the brush teeth with it, but sadly saw no real benefits from it. It really does help your skin and helps you lose weight. I can't say much about the immunity system improvement though."

    "Yogurt can definitely be a great diet food by eating it instead of ice-cream. the caution with yogurt is it is high in sugars--natural and added--and should be eaten in moderation or it is NOT a good diet food. You have to make sure you get the right one. I love Greek Yogurt. It's loaded with more proteins which could be good or bad depending on your lifestyle. I would say it's a good diet food if you change ice-cream for yogurt, but not the BEST diet food especially if weight loss is your goal."

Chicken breast is almost always delicious and many people are seemingly unaware of how good it is as a diet food. It is incredibly healthy and the protein it provides is invaluable for dieting.
