"If you're like many people and have a habit of driving while you're "Not quite awake" you may want to give the Zapper Driver Alert Nap Alarm a look. With it's gravity system of alerting the driver when they are nodding off, it can help make the drowsy driver a little more safe (the key word being "a little")"

"This device is fairly expensive and not completely reliable. When it comes to something like this, you really depend on it always working, and you want it to be very active in how often it alerts you, but sometimes it does not go off enough. I'm not sure if I'd rely on this in what could be a life or death situation. Not sure what the best product in this category is, but I'd maybe look elsewhere."

"My uncle is looking for more safety measures for his trucking company, so I suggested he check out these fatigue warning systems for his drivers. They keep track of lots of metrics that indicate that a driver is in danger of falling asleep and send alerts. Pretty effective for the price."

"I bought this because I have fallen asleep while driving. I can't really say how well the device would work, because the design does not allow for the device to stay on your ear. Luckily, it didn't cost too much. "
