"Gmail is definitely one of the best email app on Android. Since it comes from Google, it is optimized for Android, it has a ton of features. It always works well and it has a very clean UI. I wish I could add a dark theme to it, but besides that, no complaints."

"This is one of the best Android mail apps I've ever seen. I have been having some issues with Google's Inbox not notifying me in a timely manner. This app has been flawless with notifications, and I added my work email to it without any problems. It's also very easy to see which account you're looking at so you can keep work and home separated. I've made this my default email app."

"Everyone knows about Outlook. It's changed a lot over the years. It's interesting to see it's still supported on mobile, when it'll be phased out on PC soon. I've used this for a little over a year to keep track of various business and personal e-mail accounts and passwords."

DID YOU KNOW?

In a world saturated with so many messaging channels like WhatsApp and Viber, and social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter, it's easy to think that these email apps for Android have lost their significance. Sure, these digital innovations may all have drastically changed the way we interact and connect with people. Yet, when you look beyond the surface level, you would know that there's more to email than we ever thought. This particularly holds true in the digital marketing realm, and more specifically, for brand marketers. You find that hard to believe? Well, did you know that 47% of consumers still prefer receiving an email from retailers? In fact, email is still one of the most popular activities online.

Yes, email remains to be a strong force in the business world, at least for consumers. You might be wondering how this happened. One of the factors - as unsavory as it sounds - is because email messages are so easy to discount or ignore. Aside from that, consumers are also given the chance to unsubscribe from the brands. Despite this, a study from Yes Lifecycle Marketing revealed that this isn't always the case. According to the report, people are likely to open email messages with compelling subject lines. This includes personalization, analysis of customer data, and making an effective offer that includes free shipping. For instance, a personalized subject line that offers a discount and free shipping is likely to get more attention than ones that do not empathize with customers. Now, why don't you try the best email apps for Android listed here?

"This is just another email app for consideration. Nothing really new or innovating is offered here making it a better choice than what is already in use. I would not be motivated to switch from my current email program to this as it simply offers nothing to gain from the hassle. For someone looking for an email app, then great, give it a chance as it seems to be a workable solution. Without trying it, I would not recommend it without proof of quality within its features and security."

"I can't in good conscience recommend this app given that it charges $49.99 per year to use. After installing it, you'll be granted access to a 14 day trial and on the 15th day, the app simply stops working. The ability to sync various e-mail accounts and access them on any device is well implemented and useful, but there are numerous sync issues that simply should not exist in such an expensive product. The interface is reasonably well designed and its modularity in terms of connecting to other apps is useful, but the value for money simply isn't there. I'd recommend looking elsewhere to satisfy your need for an Android e-mail app."

"I love using Inbox by Gmail to organize my email. It's my favorite email app for my android device (which is a Samsung Galaxy S8). I use Inbox all the time and it sorts my emails just the way I want it to. It works great for my needs and has greatly cleared up my email inbox, which gets cluttered with so much junk and other things. It's hard to keep it all straight, but Inbox works great for my needs. Highly recommended!"

"16k ratings with a 3.8 average. Email apps are quite common and it's easy to find a really decent one to use especially for OS like android. This solution isn't that good in my opinion as there are much better email apps out there like gmail."

"Yeah we all got bat-crazy when we learned about the Gmail data breach back in 2018. After that i started looking for an alternative for Gmail and found out about ProtonMail. The best thing about this Android email app is that it has end-to-end encryption so it is impossible for anyone to read your email aside from you and the recipient of course. And my most fave feature is that emails can self-destruct after you sent them. Amazing right?"
