Mailbird Lite is not just an email client: it is a communication platform to which you can add all sorts of apps and extensions. Its worth paying for the pro version, however, as most of the best features are unavailable in the free version.

"For those who are wonderig what comes with the paid version, I availed of the premium subscription and it let me scann and have a quick preview of the attachments of the emails. If you are using the lite version, it only allows one email account. Nevertheless, it is a simple yet user friendly client. Interestingly, I can also connet my Facebook account to it.\ "

"I have found that one of the essential keys to running a successful business to maintain frequent contact with customers. While meeting in person and phone calls still serve a role in communicating with clients, it is far more effective to use email. Therefore, I have found it to be fundamentally important to have a reliable business email service. Microsoft offers a wonderful email solutions that allow me to send and receive emails reliably and effortlessly with clients of my business. In addition, my Microsoft account features other highly useful tools, such as OneDrive that allow me to access work and client business documents wherever I am, regardless of whether I have access to my laptop computer. This makes working remotely and at client sites very easy."

"eM Client seems to be the best option for a mac user like me. Well, ultimately, it allows me to import my messages from my icloud just by entering my apple id email address. I consider this as a multi-platform client for it has an intergrated chat application too. Handlint a lot of business clients could be aided by this software. I dont even have to worry about confidentiality because there is an end to end encryption feature. The best part is you get to have a 30-day trial of the pro edition w2hen you download the free version. "

Did you know that the first ever email sent was by computer engineer Ray Tomlinson in 1971 and was sent from one computer to another computer sitting right beside it? E-mails are a platform that is still being widely used today, especially in fields related to marketing. With so many seemingly better ways to reach people, many marketers and business owners wonder if emails are still worth sending to prospective clients, partners, and customers. That being said, emails have been proven time and again as the most effective method of getting your message out to your target audience.

A study held by the Radicati Group has estimated 3.7 billion email accounts in total, with a projected number of 269 billion emails sent per day. By average, a regular office worker receives 121 emails per day and sends out about 40. Also, consumers are often found seeking out email marketing campaigns from their favorite brands and local stores. Nielsen Holdings have reported that 28% of US online shoppers subscribe to store or product emails in order to stay informed and a study from Loyalty 360 states that 59% of US moms would sign up for email updates from brands if rewards were offered.

"Great e-mail client, it's fast and flexible. Customizable but not so feature-laden that it's intimidating to use. One a little time spent around the interface teaches you how to use it and from then on it's up to you to decide to how to set it up for your specific needs. A small program too, doesn't take it a lot of space, but packs quite a punch despite this."

"I like the concept of this. I believe it would take a very long time to integrate this into a large, established business - but the benefits Hiri provides for my small business has been phenomenal! With under 20 employees, we're able to track emails that are actionable or informational and plan our time around them so we're not stuck in our inbox all day! "

"G Suite is a very good resource for your small business if you are looking to get a bunch of business and communication tools in one convenient place. But at $5 per user per month, it's a bit too expensive to use with my small business. I make do using the free services instead. "

Zimbra Desktop, on the other hand, did. It's affordable, easy to set-up and extremely easy to learn... which was huge for my staff. Highly recommended for those in the business world. "

"I've tried a lot of the email solutions out there, and all have had their ups and downs. Nylas isn't that great in this regard and isn't really able to make itself stand out versus other platforms out there. If they had a linux version it would help, but they don't. Wouldn't really recommend."
