"One of the best movies of all time and it isn't just me who says that. I think it needs to be watched alongside the second one but even on its own it is amazing. The acting and directing of this movie are pretty much perfect. I really think anybody who hasn't seen it should whether you are a fan of the genre or not. 5 stars easily."

"This is definitely an epic film in an epic series. I remember watching this when it came out in theaters, because my girlfriend at the time was a huge fan. We ended up seeing the entire series together that way. If you're a fan you've probably already seen it, but if you haven't seen it, it'll make you a fan!"

"Apocalypse Now is definitely one of Coppola's finest achievements. This Vietnam War epic is chilling and fraught with the grim violence and realities of war. They certainly don't make movies like this anymore and I only wish we still had directors around trying to push the medium like Coppola did."

"There are few movie experiences more epic than the LOTR movies, and FOTR kicked off that franchise beautifully. I strongly recommend watching on a projection screen if possible, it's worth it!!"

"Braveheart is a very long and kind of boring historical movie. Mel Gibson was a great actor, but this movie was not my cup of tea."
