"American Ninja Warrior is a great show I would never thought I would have loved, but I do. I'm not in the least athletic at all, so you'd think I have no connection to these super-conditioned people. The feats they have to perform seem impossible, and yet they achieve them. Watching these athletes compete is a vicarious adrenaline rush, I feel elated at their achievements."

Teen drama, dancing, ballet school, the complexity of the dance community, the competitive world of dance, romance and the exotic location of Sydney, Australia. This is the best of the best!"

"I've been watching The Biggest Loser for many years. It's the best exercise themed show on TV. I accredit the program with helping to not only lose weight, but change how I felt about myself deep inside. I now have the respect I need and the resources to keep the weight off once and for all."

"I would not say that Survivor is an exercise themed show - you must be fit to survive, but the show isn't based on the exercises involved. It's a game show, and there isn't nearly enough fighting to the death, if you ask me."
