Whether it be chores or important dates for family activities I've been able to share it with them via this app. Overall I'd say it does a great job of handling simple things like planning meals to big family projects."

Here you can set tasks, and all family members can check in, complete, and best of all, can't say they didn't know! Great for the modern parent."

DID YOU KNOW?

Did you know that technology is a common cause of conflict between parents and teenagers? As hard-hitting as it sounds, the rise of digital media comes with repercussions. While it's true that it helps us get through the rigors of our day-to-day, technology may sometimes create discord and division. And this has long been an issue for a lot of families. Most of the time, we hear parents complaining about their children spending too much time on their devices. Surprisingly, though, teens also feel the same sentiment toward their parents. In fact, a study by Common Sense Media and the University of Southern California reveals that both parties admit that they are addicted to their smartphones. Yes, even mealtimes and casual conversations get disrupted by them. You wanna know the worst part of it? According to the study, most parents take measures to curtail phone usage, but the fact of the matter is, they're also the ones who break the rule.

Sobering, right? Here's good news: It can totally be avoided. How? Well, Willow Bay, a dean at USC, suggests finding a way to integrate technology in the life of the family. Doesn't she have a point? Since technology is and will always be part and parcel of our lives, why not make the most out of it? For one, there are family apps out there that help you connect to each other more often. Not only do they let you enjoy little moments with your loved ones, they also keep things around home more organized. This way, you can still play family board games or watch family TV shows without compromising your hectic schedule. Does it sound like a plan?

"I found this app to be useful for young kids. It makes chores more fun for them as they find the app engaging. They want to see what to do next. I find it makes it more rewarding as well. They are learning responsibility and having fun at the same time. The app is well designed, it's colorful and you can create your own chores for them to do; age appropriate chores. Is it perfect? No, but it works well. "

It is a good app with a very noble purpose. I'm very happy there are things like this out there, but since it has a pretty small targeted audience it is questionable how well it fits the topic."
