"I have read many of Ms Braun's books in the past, but never happened on this first one. It was a short introduction to Qwilleran's move north and his introduction to Koko, the first of his Siamese kitties, and the one who truly helped him solve crimes. The mystery had many twists and turns and introduced the crime solving abilities of the cat and guardian well. I now feel that I want to read the second book to see how the duo becomes a trio and Qwilleran becomes a more established member of the community and a more useful employee of the newspaper. It is fun to start the beginning of a the series that I have enjoyed for many years in the past. I highly recommend it for old time readers like myself and those who have never partaken of Koko and YumYum."

"If you have a child and he/she is having trouble sleeping during the night, it seems like Warriors: Into The Wild is a great buy for those memorable bedtime stories that you can read for your child. I feel like it has enough adventure and mystery within the story that will make children curious and would listen to over and over again."

"Not a big fan of this book. I thought the writing was kind of blah and moved along pretty slow. I had a hard time getting into it and was barely able to finish it. This is the sixth installment and I think maybe it's run it's course. I don't want to spoil it, but there are some things that happen in the book that most readers of this series aren't going to like."
