"I found the first part of this book to be a bit boring, as it deals with the history of nations without much regard for people. But this just sets the stage. The rest of the book focuses on the humans who shaped the history, which I think is more compelling. Not much is known about Boudicca, and what little there is has been distorted by her enemies, so this book is an essential guide to a formidable woman who did great things."

"I really enjoyed this historical tale of the queen of a Celtic tribe. It's not a subject I'd normally read about, which made it all the more interesting. While a historical novel, it still had plenty of plot twists."

"This is good solution to the topic. It is about the queen of Boudica and while it is not a well known book those that have read it have really enjoyed it. All books are subjective and since its not well known it is hard to call it the best but it is still a good solution. "
