Throughout the history of Hollywood, there have been a good number of people whose impact has become immeasurable. A lot of them are actors, but some are behind-the-scenes people like directors, writers, and producers. One of these guys is Harvey Weinstein, whom you probably have heard a lot by now. Yes, the film mogul and Miramax co-founder have taken the role of executive producer and producer credits for tons of films throughout the years with the help of his brother, Bob. A lot of the movies associated with his name have hit elite status through numerous awards and recognitions.

With an impressive resume and well-decorated background, it is kind of frustrating to think that Weinstein's reputation has gone down the drain with his criminal conviction by way of numerous sexual assault charges. This though does not take away anything from him as a brilliant mind and a successful film icon. After leaving Miramax, he went on to establish The Weinstein Company with his brother. He went on to produce more films which had held their own in the limelight. His companies' various team-ups with amazing directors Quentin Tarantino and Martin Scorsese have produced some of Hollywood's best films to date.
