    "I'll be straight; I couldn't stand this book. It feels like a cheap cash-in, without any serious effort having been put into what it has to say. Lots of pictures, but they don't add anything and seem to just be there to help bulk the page count up. The workout described here is nothing my grade school gym coach couldn't lay out, but there's lots of stuff in here about how amazing and groundbreaking the routine will be. I got a refund, it was so bad."
