What are the best flying-type Pokemons?

    Tornadus

    Tornadus is the only pure flying-type legendary Pokemon. He's part of the Forces of Nature and is introduced in Generation V. His name is a combination of the words "tornado" and Enceladus, a  giant in Roman and Greek mythology.

      "Tornadus is a legit flying Pokemon, in fact, he's the only one that's not a dual-type Pokemon. Tornadus is also known as the Cyclone Pokemon. I guess it's because his tail discharges massive energy that causes severe storms. He flies so fast at 200 mph!! "

    Noibat

    Noibat is a flying/dragon type Pokemon. It is also known as the "Sound Wave Pokemon" because its ears can emit ultrasonic waves of 200,000 Hertz. It's introduced in Generation VI and evolves into Noivern.

    Gyarados

    Gyarados is a dual-type Water/Flying Pokémon introduced in Generation I. When Magikarp evolves into Gyarados, its brain cells undergo a structural transformation. It is said that this transformation is to blame for this Pokémon's wildly violent nature.

    Staraptor

    Staraptor is a Normal/Flying-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. Staraptor is the final evolved form of the common Pokémon Starly. When a Staravia grows to level 34, it will evolve into Staraptor, its final evolved form.

    Salamence

    Salamence is a Dragon/Flying-type Pseudo-Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation III. Evolution begins with Bagon, which evolves into Shelgon, then evolves into Salamence. It can further evolve into Mega Salamence using its Mega Stone, the Salamencite.

    Rayquaza

    Rayquaza is a Dragon/Flying-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation III. This Pokémon is said to have lived for hundreds of millions of years. Legends remain of how it put to rest the clash between Kyogre and Groudon. It is the version mascot for Pokémon Emerald.

    Mega Charizard X
