"So intuitive and easy to use, you would think it is a Google product. Oh wait, yeah it is. I stumbled across this as I was getting ready to cobble together a new app to log my driving miles. Actually someone suggested I have a look at it - made writing and testing this app oh so much easier than my earlier efforts. It still needs some aesthetic work around the edges, but functionally it's all there. If you are building an app this is definitely worth a look."

"I consider myself an avid programmer. However, there are times when traditional programming has taken longer than necessary to implement. Especially in consideration to web design. I came across Material Design Lite at the recommendation of my colleague. She swears by its ability to not rely on framework by Javascript. As well as Material Design Lite's feature to allow users to choose many templates, designs and personal customization. So, I gave it a try after a few days. After a few minutes, I can tell the program is not as user friendly as I thought it would be. Sure, someone with the same experience as me would probably not have much difficulty managing the site and the program. However, I find both lack a sense of friendless and openness for people just learning about web design. Unfortunately, I think most people would be scared to use Material Design Lite's interface without consulting several tutorials. One could argue that is part of the learning process, and I agree. In the end, I think I will stick to what I have been doing before regarding my professional and personal web design projects. One positive I can offer, is that Material Design Lite does, what its description says it does. Mostly at the expense of the user's current skill-set. "
