"LibriVox Audio Books really hits the nail on the head if you want to listen to audio books on your smart phone. It's a wonderful program. However, though they boast about their number of books, most of them are older so it can be hard to find newer releases."

"Internet Archive is a good resource for accessing free ebooks, but it does not have the same amount of audiobooks available. There are some, especially classics, but it is not anything approaching the amount of ebooks they have, but it's still a good resource for free audio books since there aren't a ton of those."

"For fans of Sherlock Holmes, this is a wonderful collection. Especially the kindle version. Once you buy it, you can access it from any smartphone or tablet through the Kindle app. No need to review on the stories itself but the collection takes in all the essential ones. The ability to take these books anywhere is the standout feature and getting it at such a low cost makes it totally worth it !"

"This is a classic, very creepy and well-written, much scarier than expected for such an old book. It is unfortunately, neither free nor an audio book. It is very inexpensive for the kindle version so I would still recommend reading it - just not listening to it."

"One of my favorite books is Frankenstein. It's even better as an audio book and is one of my favorite audio books of all time. It's a classic story that I recommend everyone read at least once in their life. If you don't want to read it, you can listen to the audio book, which is amazing. You'll love this book, especially being able to relax and just listen to the audio. I highly recommend this haunting tale to everyone out there. Check it out!"
