"When I had to read this for school, e-books weren't a thing and the only edition we could find was a pretty fancy hardcover that probably cost $15 or more. I felt like re-reading it recently, and was pleasantly surprised to find it listed for $0.00 for Kindle. Hurray for the future, huh? Classic story everyone needs to take the time to read."

"It's really quite awesome when such a fascinating work of fiction (and nonfiction) enters the public domain and is therefore free. What I love about this is the fact that you can use all the modern amenities, like e-readers and other devices, to fully understand why a book like Journey to the Centre of the Earth is considered such an enduring classic."

"This is absolutely the best free e-book for young adults. It is a classic piece of philosophic writing that I think is an extremely beneficial thing for a person to read and put in their minds when they are still young. It isn't as popular as a lot of fluffy fiction, but I would highly recommend this to others myself."

"I've read almost all of Sarah Dessen's books and have loved them all. I was hesitant about Along for the Ride though, because it was a newer book. That said, I decided to buy it and was not disappointed. All of the lovable elements of her past books were also present in this one, and yet it was completely different. The complexity of Auden and Eli, and the summer they endure was so fun to read. And I love the last chapter, which provided much needed closure. If you like Sarah Dessen, you'll really like this book!"

However, A Little Princess is a classic that's still enjoyable today. I would recommend this book to anyone on a budget who needs more books for their children."
