"Gave up on this after two weeks and sent it back. It didn't do a dang thing for me. It might work for someone, but yeah, I didn't care for it. It's rather uncomfortable on top of not doing anything for me. "

"I was very excited to try this device. I have issues sleeping nearly every night and I feel like I've tried everything. I felt like this product seemed advanced and monitored all the details that I was worried about. Unfortunately, it has not been good for me. It is uncomfortable to wear. Sometimes I have no data reported in the morning and feel like I just went through the trouble of wearing it and setting it up for no reason. I cannot recommend. "

"I had struggled with restless sleep for few years. At the suggestion of my therapist I bought the Sleep Hat, designed to "quiet" your brainwaves during sleep. I honestly can't tell whether this thing works or not. It's not hurting me, though, and is comfortable to use in bed, so I keep wearing it. "

"The price is the best part of the Jawbone UP3. I purchased mine for around 55 dollars, so it's a steal compared to many comparable sleep monitoring gadgets. The problem is that I had an issue with getting my data to read off of the device. When I tried to contact the Jawbone support, I had no response. So the device is now worthless to me, since I can't track my sleep patterns. After looking up information on the company, it appears that they have a bad track record of customer service."

"I love the fitbit. I have used it for years and it helped me get in shape. I am not convinced that its the best sleep monitoring device as that is only a small part of what it does, but the solution is correct in the fact that it does to that pretty well. "
