"It can be hard to find games with a good soundtrack on steam. Granted, for most games I can just turn the volume down and play some music but that really limits the immersion of the game. A friend of mine got me playing The Secret Of Monkey Island: Special Edition and I have to say, the soundtrack is amazing. It's crazy how a fantastic soundtrack can really put you inside of that game. It makes the experience, for me."

"Max Payne, a "third-person original cinematic action-shooter video game," was released on July 25, 2001. Metacritic, a review aggregator, gave the game an 89 out of a possible 100- but none of the top Steam reviews mention a soundtrack. Thus, I would not recommend this as a solution to the problem."

"I had high hopes for Full Throttle, as I had played it 20 years ago. However, the switching back and forth between the updated version and classic version was inconsistent and disruptive to the flow of the game. The story was not original, but merely a repeat of what the original Full Throttle was all about 20 years ago. Even the graphics seem dated and not what is expected of current graphic artists."

"Final Fantasy VII is probably one of the best games ever, and the music/soundtrack contribute to its legacy in a relatively small but meaningful way, but this is simply a really bad port of an otherwise incredible game. I really have to implore that you find a different way to play other than via this particular version. You can't appreciate either the gameplay or the music if the game itself can barely run or function properly."

"If you're after music, don't go for this game. At least, that's my opinion; this game has one of the worst soundtracks I've ever heard. Repetitive and overly loud, you're much better off with something quieter. Try Viridi, instead."

#15BERSERK and the Band of the Hawk

BERSERK and the Band of the Hawk
In BERSERK and the Band of the Hawk you'll experience the action of battling hundreds of enemies in a dark and gruesome atmosphere using a giant sword to cut enemies in half, as well as smashing or sending them flying.

    Samuel Fox

"The epic orchestral score of BERSERK and the Band of the Hawk was exactly what I wanted in a video game soundtrack. Even when I'm not playing the game, I can easily picture the grand fantasy combat in its full glory. Knights in shining armor, mowing through fields of faceless enemies. When combine with the tight controls and gameplay reminiscent of Dynasty Warriors, the complete package is one I'd recommend to anybody who enjoys "kill crowds of enemies with your sword" type video games."
