"A very good wireless mouse overall. Surprisingly, I had absolutely zero lag when using it. It uses its own receiver instead of my laptop's built-in Bluetooth, which is a bonus. Extremely responsive to every nudge. I'm docking a half point because of the high cost and the lack of a charging solution. If you're serious about gaming, this is the one to get."

"The Razer Ouroboros is a solid gaming mouse. Of the several gaming mice I have owned, this one works as well as any. It has plenty of customizable buttons, and very precise and accurate mouse control. On the negative side, the build quality doesn't seem as good as it should be for the expensive price tag. The mouse feels a bit cheap, and not very durable. While the mouse has worked well for me, there are probably better options for a lower price."

"This mouse is great, I love it. I not only use it for gaming, but the programmable buttons are great for designing, or any online work. It makes working much easier. It feels really comfortable in my hand as well. It's a great, easy to use, mouse."

Did you know that the first ever computer mouse was made out of wood? If it weren't for the technological advancements, people nowadays would still be carrying a wooden mouse with them. Can you imagine that? To be more specific, inside the wooden shell was two metal wheels that actually served as the mouse 'ball(s)'. Interestingly, the mouse pad did not actually come right after the invention of the mouse. It only came five years after it.

For normal computer users, a mouse is just a mouse. It is a device that is used for pointing and clicking. Such is not the case for hardcore computer gamers. Mouse for them is one of the gaming essentials, aside from the powerful CPU and high-end graphics card to ensure high-definition display. But really, what are the top benefits of a gaming mouse? Well, a gaming mouse is always more expensive than the regular one. But to be fair, there are a lot of budget gaming mice in the market. Yet, it is always a personal preference at the end of the day. Gaming mice are designed to minimize the keyboard movements. Instead for using the keyboard, they can just click on their mouse for more keyboard commands. Another edge is that gaming mice are ergonomic. Since gamers are known to be heavy users of a computer, these mice are designed to feel comfortable in their hands. No worries for the lefties, because left-handed gaming mice are also a thing now. Wireless gaming mice are also available if you want a little more freedom while playing. Since most PC games rely on mouse movements, especially first-person shooter games, it is a must that the mouse must be highly accurate. Perhaps, a mouse's most important spec is its DPI (dots per inch). The rule is simple, the higher the DPI, the mouse moves faster without the expense of losing the precision.

"My first gaming mouse was the standard Razer Naga because the Chroma wasn't out yet. Everything else I have (even my mouse pad and fans) are chroma so when the Chroma mouse came out I had to get it. There are other RGB mice out there but I absolutely love the Naga. The hotkeys are a dream for me. I'm a girl with small hands so I can't always reach various keyboard keys quickly, but with the hotkeys on the mouse I never really have to move my hands much at all. The only (minor) issue I've ever run into is that sometimes the mouse doesn't show up in the Razer software right away so it might take a restart of the program to customize your settings every now and then."

"I really didn't like this mouse. It has too much going on, and it's not comfortable to use at all. It seems to have a bit of a lull or drag, and this made it terrible for gaming. It's cheaply made, so if you want something that will last longer than a year, you may want to look elsewhere. If you need something temporarily, this could be suitable for a short-term fix."

"steelseries caters to the PC gaming crowd with its heavy gaming mousepad, electronics, and other products while using their easily recognizable logo. This mouse is affordable at $40 however the ratings are barely at 4.0/5 stars. And this is before the "fakespot" reviews which usually brings the true average rating down a bit. I can't vouch for this mouse personally but maybe there are other gaming mice out there that could prove better."
