"Twitch is a great platform. It was originally designed for gamers, and that suited me fine. I became a little iffy when the topics started to branch out, but I'll admit that I have gotten some useful tutorials on other topics from it. I wouldn't say Twitch is necessary, but it is certainly a lot of fun to watch the streams. It can be very relaxing at the end of a stressful day."

"Sling is okay, as it does what it says. Cord cutting is great, but it's a real problem for people who want to watch live sports. Sling is good for getting ESPN and really the only thing I use it for. The quality is okay, but sometimes it's a little slow and buffers. "

"I actually just recently discovered YouTube Gaming and it is a game changer! (pun intended). With YouTube Gaming, I can watch my favorite gamers or share when I'm playing too. There is a section to watch reviews, which is great for me because I like to see a game before I purchase it. I lead a somewhat isolated life so being able to connect with other gamers easily in an app is just perfect for me. "

"YouTube is a great app for music and videos and does offer a lot of videos about gaming but I don't know that YouTube is the best choice if you are specifically looking for gaming streaming apps. The Google play store has other options that are specific to gaming. "

"Facebook works okay for this purpose, but it's not really what I'm looking for specifically. I would really prefer an app that is specific to this need and specific to android in particular. Facebook is a bit too broad."
